3a: How can I develop my research question?
Research question is a brief question that directs your efforts to correct, critically read and evaluate your sources. Explains that developing my research question involves reflecting on my writing situation, generating potential research questions, crafting questions that reflect my writing situation, and choosing/ refining my question.
Step 1: Reflect on Your Writing Situation: Ask myself whether what I've learned has changed my understanding of my writing situation,what I'd like to learn next, and how strongly my intention to understand my writing situation is.
Step 2:Generate Potential Research Questions: Combine a specific focus.
Step 3 Craft Question that Reflect Your Writing Situation:Review potential research questions and select one that interests me the most. Use specific question words; what, why, where, who, and how. Possibly use words such as could, would.
Step 4: Select and Refine Your Research Question: Refer to Shared assumptions and existing conditions - Narrow the scope of my research question - conduct preliminary sources
