Part 2 of "stand and Deliver" was pretty interesting. Mr. Escalante really pushed the students during this half to the point of harming himself. He had a minor heart attack and was out of school for a few days, but quickly came back and began teaching the students even though he was advised not to. Eventually the students took the test and every single one of them passed. Because of this the students where doubted by the school board that they took the test honestly. They assumed the students cheated and didnt allow them to pass, they began a full investigation the the students. while this investigation was happening the students began to act out and fall into a small depression. Mr. Escalante was furious and confronted the investigators and spoke his opinion. Eventually the students re-took the test(it was harder the second time) and every one of the students passes with above a 3.
